The firm was founded and is led by Attorney Xiuhong Liu (Susie Liu). Attorney Liu has been engaged in the practice of law since 1993 and brings over thirty years of continuous and well-established legal practice experience. She is currently duly admitted to practice law in both the People’s Republic of China and the State of California. Subject to applicable laws and professional rules of practice, Attorney Liu is able to provide legal consultation and representation in matters involving PRC domestic law, U.S. federal law, and California state law.
She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
